Our live weekly group coaching sessions will be on Sunday nights at 7pm EST (6pm CST,
5pm MST, 4pm PST) on Zoom.
You will get the most out of our sessions together if you show up live. You will be able to have your questions answered and get live coaching. This is where breakthroughs happen because you get individualized, immediate feedback.
If you can't be with us live, a recording will be posted in the group. You can always submit your questions before the call, and I'll make sure to cover them on our live sessions. There are so many ways to be successful in The Haven, even with a busy schedule!
The Haven was built for busy brains and full schedules. Most tools take just 5–10 minutes a day, and you can go at your own pace. Whether you’re diving deep or just taking baby steps, the support is here whenever you need it.
Our twice monthly live coaching sessions & Q&As are 60 minutes on Zoom. You will get the most out of our sessions together if you show up live because you can ask your questions and receive live coaching. However, a recording will be posted if you cannot make it that week, and you can ask your questions ahead of time to make sure they get answered.
In addition to coaching sessions, we will have one live breathwork session per month. These are the best form of self-care you can give yourself, and attendance is optional.

All of the pre-recorded video lessons are typically between 5 and 10 minutes each, so you can listen and learn as you drive to work, take a walk, or multitask. You can move at your own pace through the lessons, and there is no required time commitment.

"8 months or so ago I was struggling so bad with crippling high functioning anxiety...
Most people couldn't see it and only super close people knew about it.
I've always struggled with abandonment issues and worry way more than I should about EVERYTHING! One night I was on TikTok and this amazing woman was posting about her job and what she does. I followed her without friending her for a few weeks. I did some research and found her Facebook and Instagram, where I watched her and learned so much for a few more weeks. She opened a class up and I was like, "This is the perfect time, Jessica!" I wouldn't commit though. all the things started running through my head.
- How would I pay for this?
- What if I fail?
- What if it doesn't help and I'm too far gone?
You know, all the stupid fears I have been letting steal my joy for so long.
Then I talked with my husband, and we both decided that it couldn't hurt and hoped it would help! I got resourceful...I found a way to work to pay for the class, even when I thought I couldn't afford it. I signed up, even though I was as nervous as I could be.
The first night, I tried to not show up because I was too anxious. Thankfully, my husband reassured me and reminded me that I could do this. I went to class that night, and I'm so thankful I did. Erin told us it was going to be ok and that everyone's nervous when they first start something.
The first lesson was connecting to your "WHY". I needed that! I needed to see my "why" on paper, and I needed to read my "why" over and over!
We wrote a letter to our future self, and I'm here to tell you that a lot of the things in that letter have come true in real life!
I started out:
- not liking to leave my house
- hating driving (still a work in progress...I like people to be with me more than driving alone)
- worrying what people thought of me way too much
My biggest fear was losing people. My motto WAS people always leave. I have lost so many people in my life. So much trauma has happened that most people don't even know. Now, my story is helping so many, and I'm proud of myself!
Healing has been very-good for me.
I love talking to people now because I don't feel so anxious anymore (small talk isn't my favorite, but I can talk the deepest conversation with ya).
I learned to forgive others instead of holding onto that anger, hurt, and resentment.
I've learn to communicate my needs. Now, I know that my needs are just as important as everyone else's needs.
I have become a better version of myself, and I am finally knowing my worth.
All this to say I'm SO thankful that Erin's program came up on my phone! She has helped me so much over the last several months.
