From skeptical to hooked on breathwork

I was at a rock bottom with my mental health.  I was having panic attacks, shaking, and breaking out in hives from my overwhelming stress and anxiety. My racing mind was constant overthinking and worrying about the worst thing that could happen.  I woke up each day feeling a heavy weight on my chest. 

I was tired of feeling this bad.

I had tried everything possible to help my anxiety (medication, therapy, meditation, CBD, journaling, yoga, time in nature, essential oils, chiropractic care, self-help books, and even getting my Master’s degree in counseling).  Some didn’t help at all, and some gave only temporary relief.

Then, a day came that changed my life.  I was sitting on my couch, shaking from anxious thoughts and feelings.  I felt like an elephant was laying on my chest.  All of the pressure I was putting on myself was piling up, and my worries were out of control.  My mind was going a million miles a minute.

I opened up my phone and found a 3 minute breathwork video I had saved on Instagram.  I was fed up with my anxiety and didn’t want to feel so awful.  I decided to give breathwork a try.  What did I have to lose?!  I hit ‘play’.

When those 3 minutes were up, I felt more relaxed than I had ever felt in my entire life.  I could breathe.  My chest felt light.  The shaking had stopped.

It felt like a miracle.

From that moment on, I was hooked on breathwork.

I want to shout about breathwork from the rooftops because I finally found something that helped me get rid of my anxiety in 3 minutes or less. 

Now, I’m a certified breathwork facilitator and anxiety coach, and it's my mission to help you Heal Your Anxiety™️  holistically.
